Lot #10 WVF 0-0898

Lot #10  WVF 0-0898

This twin ram carries a great body with exceptional width and spring of rib. It’s not common to see such a nice ram out of such a young dam. His maternal lines are well known for ease of lambing and maternal skill tracing back to a very hard-working CMG ewe. Sire was a ram lamb that we used on a select group of young ewes last fall because of his high parasite resistance. His lineage traces back to one of our original foundation ewes. 898’s EBVs are well balanced for both the growth (top 10% Weaning Weight) and maternal traits (top 15% NLB and top 10% NLW) with a USA Hair Index in the top 10% at 108.7. Overall, this ram has lineage through many of the top NSIP flocks in the U.S. and is sure to perform in your program.

Lot # 11  WVF 0-0915

This ram combines several of our best maternal lines on both sire and dam side. His dam is a hard-working ewe with 14 lambs in 6 matings and has produced a number of highly parasite resistant lambs. His sire was one of our best ram lambs in 2019 which we bred to our top mature ewes last fall. The strength of 915’s maternal EBVs speak for themselves with NLB, NLW and the USA Hair Index all in the top 2%!!  If you are looking to add prolificacy and maternal strength to your flock, 915 can deliver.
